If you want to know how to run a conference look to the TACHC Team (Texas Association of Community Health Centers). They are second to none!
In half a century of conferences I have never seen a more professional, talented, and effective event team. And did I mention they wrote the book on FUN!… more on that later. With Hurricane Ike virtually destroying the conference venue one month before the planned event, Team TACHC went into Warp-Drive. Within a week of the disaster they had a new venue established, every detail addressed & maintained excellent communications with the conference participants. And what a venue it was! Horseshoe Bay Marriott just outside of Marble Falls on Lake LBJ sets a new standard for service & support.
Now, did I mention the TACHC Team is fun… well, what I will tell you is they are GREAT fun! Regardless what challenge is presented, from conference logistics to evening parties they make sure you are having the time of your life.
