The PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Zung Depression Scale live in standard flowsheets, completed inside the encounter with scores trended over time, and custom flowsheets let you add your own instruments. Depression screening with follow-up (CMS 2) and depression remission at twelve months (CMS 159) are supported for MIPS reporting.
Prescribing, Including Controlled Substances
E-prescribing with EPCS supports psychiatric medication management end to end, including Schedule II through IV controlled substances with signature-protected transmission to the pharmacy.
