Government EHR Incentives
ARRA/Stimulus Funding:
Sevocity is a CCHIT certified EHR and intends to continue to meet the requirements set for by the federal government for "meaningful use" of EHR in order for providers to receive ARRA/Stimulus Funding for EHR.
Our standard contract includes a commitment that Sevocity will meet the certification requirements for ARRA/Stimulus Funding.

ePrescribing:
Sevocity automatically comes with certified ePrescribing at no extra charge and the ability to code for the additional available 2% ePrescribing from Medicare.
CMS Community Electronic Health Records Program:
Sevocity is committed to supporting Medicare's Community Electronic Health Records (EHR) Program. Under this program, 4 communities in the US will receive funding for up to 100 providers to help support the cost of implementing and maintaing an EHR system.
Providers are eligible to receive the funding for use of existing or newly purchased CCHIT certified EHRs. Sevocity is CCHIT certified and has been designated as a Select Vendor by those communities choosing to recognize selected vendors.
HHS funding will be paid over 5 years, with each year's payments occuring several months after the end of each fiscal year. Sevocity's low up-front cost and affordable monthly fees make it an ideal choice for practices in this program. The funding provided by HHS will more than cover the cost of Sevocity.

On April 7, 2009, CMS announced that it will not implement Phase II of the EHR Demonstration. CMS will continue with Phase I implementation, including local kick off meetings for more than 400 selected practices scheduled in May. Phase I demonstration operations will begin June 1, 2009.
