Start-up Fees include practice and provider set-up, customizations and web training. On-site training is available for an additional charge but is not required.

Monthly Fees include hosting, eFaxing, ePrescibing, and all other EHR services; and for practice management include electronic claims, insurance eligibility, and electronic remittance advices.  Monthly fees also include automatic upgrades to new releases, maintenance and live, US-based, 24/7/365 support.
