Discounts may also be available when purchasing EHR and Practice Management together.  Discounts are also available for MSOs, IPOs and large practices and clinics.

Start-up Fees include practice and provider set-up, customizations and personalized web training. On-site training is available for an additional charge but is not required.

Monthly Fees include hosting, eFaxing, ePrescibing, and all other EHR services; and for practice management include electronic claims, insurance eligibility, and electronic remittance advices.  Monthly fees also include automatic upgrades to new releases, maintenance and live, US-based, 24/7/365 support.

Guarantee - every Sevocity customer agreement includes a 60 day guarantee.  Use Sevocity for 60 days for at least 100 encounters per provider and if you are not satisfied you can cancel and receive 100% of your Start-up and Monthly Fees paid to-date.

Dare to Compare - many EHRs entice you with a deceptively low price.  Then the fun starts.  They charge extra for hosting, ePrescribing or after-hours support (if they even have it).  They charge extra for interfaces, upgrades or eFaxing.  They charge by the hour for web training and customizing, etc.  Not Sevocity.
